ना रब्ब अर्श मुअल्ला उत्ते
ना रब्ब खाने काबे - हु
ना रब्ब इल्म किताबी लब्भा
ना रब्ब विच महराबे - हु
गंगा तीरथ मूल ना मिल्या
पैंदे बे-हिसाबे - हु
जद दा मुर्शद मिल्या बाहु
छुट्टे सब अज़ाबे - हु

Neither is God above the highest heaven
nor is God in the Ka’ba - He!
neither was God found in bookish knowledge
nor is God in the mosque’s niche - He!
(even) on pilgrimage to the Ganges,
the source was not found
(despite) going measureless distances - He!
when the Guide was found by Bahu
over were all the torments - He!

उनकी नफ़रत बढ़ती गई
हमारी मोहब्बत बढ़ती गई
वो कहीं के न रहे
हम ख़ुदा बन गए ..

Unki nafrat badhti gai
humari mohabbat badhti gai
wo kahin ke na rahe
hum khuda ban gaye..

Mandir bhi tha uska pata, masjid bhi thi uski khabar
bhatke idhar, atke udhar, khola nahi kabhi bus apna hi ghar..
