a step when you are stopped,
a touch when you are lost,
a word when you are quiet,
a smile when you are sad,
a shoulder when you cry, &
a friend who would be there always..

Everyone wants to be the sun of your life
that lights up your life
but being a friend , i'd rather be your moon,
so i could shine during your darkest hours
when your sun is not around you.

Friendship is not finding
gold or silver among the rocks of life ..
it is accepting each other as coal
till diamonds are formed through time.
